Nothing quite like following this large predator around the cove with my zoom lens on… Took a while to figure out what kind of bird it was. In the beginning I was hoping it was either a golden eagle or a bald eagle since they have nests around the lake.

Osprey are fascinating birds. Nice shots. Keep you eyes open for a nest. Then you may see them fishing.
I have done a lot of osprey watching as you can see on my blog.
